Operation instructions:
RDC-J5 silicone rubber heating cable is a kind of extra-soft fixed-length heating cable and its design power is of high density. So in addition to the use scope of general constant-power cable such as heat tracing or keeping, it can also be used for heating-up.

Please pay attention to the following cases:
1) When applying, the flat side of the silicon rubber should be in close contact
with the dielectric surfaces of pipes or tanks, and be fixed by aluminum
adhesive tapes
2) To reduce heat loss, please apply an insulating layer outside the heating tape
3) Overlap wrapping is strictly forbidden or it will cause overheat damage

The product can also be custom-made with required specifications. The high-voltage tape has dielectric strength of 20,000V/min.
